Halloween - Yateley Dispersal Order

A dispersal order has been authorised in Yateley for the evening of Friday 31st October 2025, between midday and 6am on the morning of Saturday 1st November.

This is to target crime and antisocial behaviour in Yateley Village Centre on Halloween, due to various incidents on previous years.

The dispersal, authorised by a Police Inspector, includes the vicinity of Yateley Green, Harpton Parade, and Dog & Partridge Green. This ensures that any crime and ASB within the green, or targeting some of our businesses and licensed premises, can be dealt with robustly.

Anyone within the area who commits or is likely to commit crime or ASB can be told to leave the area by a PC or PCSO, and commits an offence if they return. Anyone under 16 can be removed by Police and taken home, with follow-ups to be made by ourselves, schools, child services, and community safety.

If you are affected by crime or ASB on Halloween or any other day, please report it to Police at the time as this allows us to tailor our patrols in the areas that it takes place.
